- 250 gr. icing sugar
- 250 gr. ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 egg white
Tips: You can give it the shape you like best by cutting shapes with a cutter or a knife. You can also model dolls by shaping them with the dough as if it were plasticine.
1. In a deep bowl, place the sugar, almonds and water. Knead for about 10 minutes, until you get a homogeneous dough.
2. Once obtained, the figurines are made with the molds that we have.
