  • 100 gr of prunes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 glass of sherry
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • Tips: you can use grapes and figs to decorate the plate

But with the advice of You will have a perfect dish for children and adults, cooked slowly and very tasty.

1. Clean the inside and outside of the turkey well, carefully emptying it with a cloth moistened with warm water. Salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary and other spices that we like.

2. Peel and chop the apples, mix with the plums and mushrooms and place in the turkey. Close with a toothpick and tie the legs with a string, so that when they roast it does not open and the filling escapes.

3. Put the oven to preheat to 190º. Make a mixture with the crushed garlic, sherry, lemon juice and a few tablespoons of olive oil. You can also add a little water.

4. Put the turkey in a baking dish and spread it with part of the mixture, using a brush, and reserve the rest.

5. Take the turkey to the oven, at medium height and with a temperature of approximately 190º. Bake for about two and a half hours, turning it every half hour so that it is done evenly. Water regularly with the juice that has been left over and the one that the turkey is releasing, so that it never runs dry.
