From the year of age, your baby's diet is becoming more and more like that of an adult. It is time to teach them good habits, eating every day at the same time in a calm climate, long interruptions between dishes, eating quickly and uncomfortable situations due to lack of space must be avoided.
It is important that during this period the child does not acquire capricious and monotonous behaviors, with a preference for some foods and aversion to others. The fried and the pastry in excess will be avoided.
At this stage of the baby, the foods that are part of their diet are the following:
