4. Let the dough rest for 10-12 hours.

5. Crush the mixture with the mortar and pass it through a pestle, adding the sugar cubes at the same time.

6. When you have obtained a fine paste, distribute it in the molds. Cover the molds with wood, put weights on top and keep it for 8 days. Then it's just trimming them.
