The more varied and different the flavors that children experience, the better, so that as time goes by they will not have problems eating in another place other than their home. This recipe for soy burgers is very easy to make, tasty and very healthy.
As many of you know, soy provides many nutritional benefits to children and pregnant women. It provides protein and fiber, and is an essential food in all diets.
- 250 gr. cooked soybeans
- 250 gr. cooked brown rice
- 1 tablespoon tomato extract
- 1 egg
- Parsley and salt
- 1 clove garlic
Tips: Instead of rice you can use 2 slices of whole wheat bread in soy milk.
1- Crush and knead the soybeans (drained) until obtaining a smooth and uniform paste or puree. Reserve it in a bowl.
2- In another bowl, mix the tomato extract, a tablespoon of oil, the chopped parsley, the egg, the salt, the minced garlic clove and the rice or the whole wheat bread, crumbled and previously soaked in soy milk.
3- When everything is mixed, add the soybeans and knead them all with your hands.
4- Shape the hamburgers and fry them in a pan with oil (preferably soy). They can also be baked hot to gratin on both sides.
5- Serve the hamburgers with puree, tomato sauce or with salad, as we have done.
